If you’re considering improving your cooking skills intensively, take a look at our various weekly programs. These weekly programs are suited for all skill levels. From the novice cook that wants to learn the basics to the advanced home chef that wants to improve their techniques, these primary series are the perfect fit for finessing your cooking comprehension.

Additional Notes:

  • All weekly programs host their classes once a week on certain time slots. Certain programs have multiple, concurrent time slots based off of the program’s popularity.
  • No prior cooking experience is required to register for our programs. All skill levels are welcome to attend.
  • Classic Cooking provides all respective materials (ingredients, equipment, recipes, etc.) for weekly programs. Certain weekly series require students to pay for their own personalized chef jackets. 
    • Based on the program and/or certain weekly topics, students are welcome to bring in to-go containers to take home their freshly crafted dishes. 
  • Graduates of every program receive a Certificate of Completion. For those looking to enter the food industry in any capacity, they are welcome to put it on their resumes, CVs, and work experience.
  • Certain weekly programs are licensed by the Postsecondary Board of Education. Classic Cooking aims to provide career training for students most interested in exploring the culinary world.
    • Classic Cooking also aims to provide workforce development for respective students and graduates.
