About:
Guests come in, find a seat, have a drink, and meet the chef who will go over each item on the menu. In this class, we will explore the vast possibilities, flavor combinations, and delicious dishes that vegan ingredients can bring to our palates. We will be following innovative recipes using homemade vegan parmesan, vegan heavy cream, and vegan butter. Each group will be assigned up to two recipes using these innovative vegan revisions. At the end of our class time, our chef takes over the kitchen. The guests return to the dining room and are served an appetizer course of golden beets and apples salad, the main course consisting of and the dessert course in succession. Bon Appétit!

- $60 per person. Gratuity is not included in the class price.
- Tips for our staff for this evening are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members.
- If your party has six or more guests, you can still reserve spots for any recreational class or event if you do not wish to do a private party. However, we will charge your group an 18% service fee at the time of your reservation. With this in mind, it is preferred that you register your entire guest count all at once.
- We have a 72-hour cancellation policy. This means that you have three days before the class starts to cancel or change your reservation.
- If you have to cancel within this time period, you will not receive a credit to apply towards a different event. We do not issue monetary refunds.
- No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this class. If one or more items on tonight’s menu conflicts with your needs, please reserve spots for an alternative class.
- Class size is limited to 20 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis.
- Class starts at 11:00AM sharp. Please be here at least 10 minutes early wearing comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair, be sure to tie it behind your head.
- Students will receive a full copy of all recipes for use at home.
