Spring Break is here! Classic Cooking introduces a fun four-day cooking camp, where students will learn essential cooking techniques and work alongside their peers to gain and develop new culinary skills. Students will build on skills throughout the week, and the daily changing menus will offer a wide variety of seasonal delights.
Menus:
Day 1- Continental Cuisine
Steak Diane
Roasted Parmesan Smashed Potatoes
Glazed Carrots
Baked Apples
Day 2- Caribbean Flare
Jerk Chicken
Tropical Spring Rolls w/Chile Sauce
Island Fried Rice
Grilled Marinated Pineapple with Ice Cream
Day 3- European Influence
Niçoise Salad
Spinach Artichoke Dip
Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake
Day 4- Iron Chef Team Competition
Students will participate in an Iron Chef-style team competition, in which they’ll utilize the ingredients from prior classes and battle it out to create the best dishes!
More Info:
- Ages 13-17 are welcome to register for this cooking camp. Classes are held Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and run from 2:00pm – 4:00pm.
- The cost for the 4-day Teens Cooking Camp is $150 per student, and includes all ingredients and supplies, along with beverages.
- Students will prepare and enjoy a complete meal each day of camp, and will take home a packet of recipes for future use.
- 72 hour notice of cancellation must be given for fee refund.
- A MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION FORM must be on file for your teen to attend.
- If your teen has any food allergies or dietary restrictions, we need to be notified at least 72 hours in advance in order to accommodate.
- Teens Camp is DROP OFF ONLY. Sorry, no parents allowed!!
