About:
Guests will learn about the history of sushi, the different types of sushi, and how to prepare this iconic dish. Our chef instructor will discuss how to make rolls, slice fish, and how to assemble nigiri and sashimi before bringing everyone into the kitchen for a hands-on cooking portion! Each participant will be able to prepare their own part of the menu before enjoying their creations with sides like soy, ginger, and wasabi. Please join us for a demonstration then hands-on portion of the art of making sushi!

- To make a reservation, please use the PayPal registration below. If the PayPal button has been removed or you wish to pay via another method, call our staff (480-501-0177).
- COST: $100 per person. Gratuity is not included in the class price.
- Tips for our staff for this class are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members.
- Sushi Making Classes are held on select dates, 11:00am – 1:30pm. Attendees must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol.
- We have a 72-hour cancellation policy. This means that you have three days before the class starts to cancel or change your reservation.
- If you have to cancel within this time period, you will receive credit at Classic Cooking Academy.
- If your party has six or more guests, you can still reserve spots for any recreational class or event if you do not wish to do a private party. However, we will charge your group an 18% service fee at the time of your reservation. With this in mind, it is preferred that you register your entire guest count all at once.
- No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this class. If one or more items on this menu conflicts with your needs, please reserve spots for an alternative Cooking Class.
- Class size is limited to 20 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis.
- Class starts at 11:00am sharp. Please be here at least 10 minutes early wearing comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair, be sure to tie it behind your head.
- Students will receive a full copy of all recipes for use at home.
