About:
Spice up your salad repertoire with this specialty class! Students will learn how to make a variety of salads under the tutelage of Chef Andrew Schmidt. Chef Schmidt will go over an initial lecture before leading the guests in the kitchen portion. After everything has been chopped and tossed, students will sit down to enjoy what they’ve just made.

- Salad Classes are held on select dates, 11:00am – 1:30pm. Attendees must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol.

- $65 per person. Gratuity is not included in the class price.
- Tips for our staff for this class are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members.
- We have a 72-hour cancellation policy. This means that you have three days before the class starts to cancel or change your reservation.
- If you have to cancel within this time period, you will receive credit at Classic Cooking Academy.
- If your party has six or more guests, you can still reserve spots for any recreational class or event if you do not wish to do a private party. However, we will charge your group an 18% service fee at the time of your reservation. With this in mind, it is preferred that you register your entire guest count all at once.
- No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this class. If one or more items on this menu conflicts with your needs, please reserve spots for an alternative Cooking Class.
- Class size is limited to 20 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis.
- Class starts at 11:00am sharp. Please be here at least 10 minutes early wearing comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair, be sure to tie it behind your head.
- Students will receive a full copy of all recipes for use at home.
