Classic Cooking is pleased to be partnering with Quench Fine Wines and Adelsheim Vineyards, to offer a deluxe Specialty Wine Dinner on Saturday, November 23rd! Adelsheim Vineyards is a premier creator of world class wines, specializing in the wines of the Chehalem Mountains of Oregon’s Willamette Valley.
Join us for this Five-Course Dinner event which will feature one of Adelsheim’s fine wines craftily paired with each course of food. The evening will feature special guest Valerie Vaughan, who will share her expertise on the wines, along with a tasting menu prepared by Classic Cooking Academy’s Chef. Please join us for what is sure to be a memorable evening.

- Melon, Prosciutto & Mozzarella Salad, Paired with a Featured Adelsheim Rosé
- Shrimp in Tomato-Saffron Aspic with Fennel & Baby Arugula, Paired with a Featured Adelsheim Pinot Blanc
- Sweet Corn & Mascarpone Ravioli with Lobster Bisque, Paired with a Featured Adelsheim Chardonnay
- Duck Breast with Date Sauce, Paired with a Featured Adelsheim Pinot Noir
- Pumpkin Flan with Condensed Milk Ice Cream, Paired with a TBD Adelsheim Dessert Wine

- This is a Specialty Class, and no vouchers will be accepted.
- $95 per person. Cancellation must be made 72 hours in advance of course time for fee refund.
- This class is not a cooking class. There is no portion of the class that is hands-on or demonstration.
- Our sommelier or wine expert will lead the class. They will lecture about the wines and answer any questions you may have, and the Chef will discuss the food pairings.
- This is a five-course tasting menu. We will serve five small portions of all of the menu items – each paired with a two ounce pour of wine.
- Gratuity is not included in the class price. If you kindly wish to leave our staff a tip, they will split all gratuity left among the instructor, assistant, server, and dish washer.
