Different meats and berries will be served to sample the sauces. Note that this does not constitute as a full meal.

Learn how to whip up important sauces for everyday meals at home! Chef Pascal Dionot will demonstrate all the techniques to make two hot savory sauces, two cold mother sauces, and two dessert sauces.
This is a nice stand-alone course taking topics that are covered in the 24-Week Practical Series.
