Holiday Macarons Class – Menu:

  • Green Matcha Buttercream Macarons
  • Red-Colored Orange Buttercream Macarons with Cranberry Sauce
  • White Chocolate-Dipped Macarons with Dark Chocolate Peppermint Ganache and Candy Cane Sprinkle

About:

A festive spin on our routine Macarons Classes! Learn the technique to making those famous French Macarons that everybody adores! In this class, you’ll practice piping the meringue cookies and create a variety of flavored cream fillings. Then, you’ll assemble your very own French Macarons! Each student will make their own cookies to eat or take home. Holiday-themed flavors and ganache fillings will be incorporated!

  • COST: $80 per person.  Gratuity is not included in the class price.
    • Tips for our staff for this evening are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members.
    • If your party has six or more guests, you can still reserve spots for any recreational class or event if you do not wish to do a private party. However, we will charge your group an 18% service fee at the time of your reservation. With this in mind, it is preferred that you register your entire guest count all at once.
  • This Pastry Class is held from 1:00 – 4:00pm. Attendees must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol.
  • We have a 72-hour cancellation policy. This means that you have three days before the class starts to cancel or change your reservation.
    •  If you have to cancel within this time period, you will not receive a credit to apply towards a different event. We do not issue monetary refunds.
  • No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this class. If one or more items on today’s menu conflicts with your needs, please reserve spots for an alternative Cooking Class.
  • Class size is limited to 16 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis.
  • Class starts at 10am sharp. Please be here at least 10 minutes early wearing comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair, be sure to tie it behind your head.
  • Students will receive a full copy of all recipes for use at home.
  • Children 12 years old or younger are welcome to attend as long as they are accompanied by a parent or guardian. This is one of our more intensive pastry classes.
