Pastry Class – Baking with Lemons (SOLD OUT)

When life gives you lemons…..Bake!  For the beginner bakers, this class will enjoy baking with fresh lemons to create some yummy, easy desserts.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Pastry Classes are held on select Saturdays, 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and include all ingredients, coffee, tea and water.
  • Class is limited to 16 students.  Reservations are based on First Come-First Serve basis.  Call (480) 502-0177 or write Info@CCAcademy.edu to register.
  • $100 per person.  Call to inquire about seasonal discounts. Cancellation must be made 72 hours in advance of course time.
  • Class begins with a complete demonstration and discussion by the Chef Instructor.  Participants will make Lemon Curd which can be used in anything and keeps for several weeks nicely as long as it remains refrigerated.  Classic and delicate almond Tulipe cookies will be made along with Lemon Ricotta Cookies.  At the end of class, dessert will be plated using the Tulipe cookies with the Lemon Curd and served with fresh berries and mint.   The Lemon Ricotta cookies will also be plated and served along with tea and coffee.
  • Gratuity is not included in the per-person fee.  If you kindly wish to leave a tip, it will be split among all staff including the Chef Instructor, Server, Assistant and Dishwasher.
  • Please wear closed toe shoes and tie back all long hair.
