Baking for Easter Class – Menu:

  • Lemon Blueberry and Fresh Thyme Scones with Honey Lemon Glaze
  • Apple Streusel Muffins with Cardamom Apple Butter
  • Individual Pineapple Carrot Cake with Decorated Cream Cheese Frosting

About:

For the debonair baker who has the savoir-faire! After an initial lecture, students will work together in this hands-on pastry class, led by our chef instructor. Participants will work in groups on all the recipes (unless otherwise noted). Expect to be standing, cooking or baking and engaged for most of the class, following the instructor’s lecture and/or demo. After class, students will enjoy their creations and will be able to ask further questions about the class.

(If you would like to take your food home with you, please bring your own to-go containers.)

More Info:

  • $70 per person.  Gratuity is not included in the class price.
    • Tips for our staff for this evening are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members.
    • If your party has six or more guests, you can still reserve spots for any recreational class or event if you do not wish to do a private party. However, we will charge your group an 18% service fee at the time of your reservation. With this in mind, it is preferred that you register your entire guest count all at once.

  • This Pastry Class is held from 10:00am – 1:00pm. Attendees must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol.
  • We have a 72-hour cancellation policy. This means that you have three days before the class starts to cancel or change your reservation.
    •  If you have to cancel within this time period, you will not receive a credit to apply towards a different event. We do not issue monetary refunds.
  • No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this class. If one or more items on today’s menu conflicts with your needs, please reserve spots for an alternative Cooking Class.
  • Class size is limited to 20 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis.
  • Class starts at 10am sharp. Please be here at least 10 minutes early wearing comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair, be sure to tie it behind your head.
  • Students will receive a full copy of all recipes for use at home.
