Mediterranean Cuisine (SOLD OUT)

Unlike many other ethnic cuisines, Mediterranean cuisine is not the product of a specific ethnic group or culture. Rather, it is a label referring to the culinary trends shared by a diverse array of peoples that live in the region around the Mediterranean Sea. All the dishes are thought to hold the key to good health.
Mushroom Flatbread
Wood Oven Roasted Lamb Chops
Fettuccine with Shiitake and Asparagus
Zeppole with Berry Sauce
Beer, Wine, Soda, and Water are included with the class and meal.
WHAT TO EXPECT
- The class will begin with a Chef demonstration. The Chef Instructor will go over each aspect of the menu. You will work in small groups. Each group will be in charge of completing different aspects of the menu, and you will work together to complete the entire menu.
- Please wear close-toed shoes, and tie long hair back
- Gratuity is not included in the class price. If you would like to leave our staff a tip, they will split all gratuity left among the instructor, assistant, server, and dish washer
