About:
Refine your diet in this new class! In our Meal Prep Class, guests will learn how to make meals based around budget cookery, healthy eating, and efficiency in the kitchen. Our chef instructor will give an introductory lecture on the class dishes before each attendee will work in groups of four to make the entire menu. At the end of the class, guests will be given three servings of what they’ve made: one meal to be enjoyed immediately and the remaining two meals to be packed up and taken home with them! Personal to-go containers are not required but they are encouraged!

- To make a reservation, please use the PayPal registration below. If the button has been removed or you wish to pay by phone, please call us at 480-502-0177.
- COST: $90 per person. This includes all ingredients, kitchen equipment, and three meals per guest. Gratuity is not included in the class price.
- Tips for our staff for this evening are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members.
- If your party has eight or more guests, you can still reserve spots for any recreational class or event if you do not wish to do a private party. However, we will charge your group an 18% service fee at the time of your reservation. With this in mind, it is preferred that you register your entire guest count all at once.
- Meal Prep Classes are held on select Sundays, 4:00 – 6:30pm.
- We have a 72-hour cancellation policy. This means that you have three days before the class starts to cancel or change your reservation.
- If you have to cancel within this time period, you will not receive a credit to apply towards a different event. We do not issue monetary refunds.
- No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this class. If one or more items on tonight’s menu conflicts with your needs, please reserve spots for an alternative cooking class or event.
- Meal Prep Class size is limited to 20 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis.
- Meal Prep Classes start at 4:00pm sharp. Please be here at least 10 minutes early wearing comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair, be sure to tie it behind your head or wear a hat.
- Students will receive a full copy of all recipes for use at home.
- This class will be led by Chef Andrew Schmidt.
