Kids & Teens Spring Break Cooking Camp (SOLD OUT)

Spring Break is here! Classic Cooking introduces a fun four-day cooking camp, where students will learn essential cooking techniques and work alongside their peers to gain and develop new culinary skills. Students will build on skills throughout the week, and the daily changing menus will offer a wide variety of seasonal delights. Once they finish up each dish, students will sit in the dining room and enjoy their creations!

Monday
- Chicken Cordon Bleu
- Duchess Potatoes
- Palmiers
Tuesday
- Shrimp and Fennel Pasta
- Brown Butter Peas and Carrots
- Lemon Ricotta Cookies
Wednesday
- Beef Broccoli
- Asian Salad with Wonton Chips
- Molasses Cookies with a Kick
Thursday
- Chicken and Cheese Enchiladas
- Black Bean and Corn Salad
- Double Chocolate Chip Cupcakes
More Info:
- Ages 8-17 are welcome to register for this cooking camp. Students will be grouped according to their ages. Classes are held Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and run from 12:00pm – 2:00pm.
- The cost for the 4-day Spring Break Cooking Camp is $160 per student, and includes all ingredients and supplies, along with beverages.
- Students will prepare and enjoy a complete meal each day of camp, and will take home a packet of recipes for future use.
- 72 hour notice of cancellation must be given for fee refund.
- A MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION FORM must be on file for your child to attend.
If your child has any food allergies or dietary restrictions, we need to be notified at least 72 hours in advance in order to accommodate.
- Students MUST wear close-toed shoes and tie back long hair as per Arizona health code.
- Spring Break Cooking Camp is DROP OFF ONLY. Sorry, no parents allowed!!
A late fee will be assessed for each 15 minutes of tardiness.
