About:

The Healthy Meals Series is an exciting hands-on program designed to teach students how to prepare simple, nutritious meals that are both delicious and easy to make. Throughout the series, participants will learn practical cooking techniques, discover wholesome ingredients, and gain the confidence to create balanced meals that fuel their bodies and minds. Each class focuses on quick, affordable recipes that incorporate fresh, whole foods, encouraging students to embrace healthy eating habits that they can carry into their daily lives. By the end of the series, students will be equipped with the skills to make thoughtful food choices and cook meals that support their overall well-being.

Cost:

The Healthy Meals Series is $400.00 for all four weeks of classes. Students may not sign up for individual classes. No chef jacket fee is added for this program.
