Hands-on cooking class, followed by dinner. Beer and wine included.  Perfect as a date night, outing with friends, or to meet new people!

Evening in Tuscany

• Iceberg Wedge with Mediterranean Relish, & Chianti Vinaigrette
• White Bean Soup with Prosciutto and Parmesan
• Tuscan Salmon with Rosemary Orzo and Braised Greens w/ Spicy Garlic Olive Oil
• Biscotti di Prato (Almond & Pine Nut Biscotti) with Chocolate Semifreddo

WHAT TO EXPECT

• The class will begin with a Chef demonstration. The Chef Instructor will go over each aspect of the menu.  You will work in small groups.  Each group will be in charge of completing different aspects of the menu, and you will work together to complete the entire menu.
• Beer, Wine, Soda, and Water are included with the class and meal.
• Please wear close-toed shoes, and tie long hair back
• Gratuity is not included in the class price. If you would like to leave our staff a tip, they will split all gratuity left among the instructor, assistants, server, and dish washer.
