About:

Learn how to handle the world’s most widely consumed protein in this stand-alone workshop! In this class, Chef Andrew Schmidt will cover the principles of poultry, showing students how to properly debone a carcass, making chicken stock from scratch, and demonstrating a handful of delicious ways to cook the legs, thighs, and breasts. No prior experience required; all skill-levels are welcome!

  • To make a reservation, please use the PayPal registration below. If the button has been removed or you wish to pay by phone, please call us at 480-502-0177.
  • COST: $75 per person. Gratuity is not included in the class price.
    • Tips for our staff for this evening are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members.
    • If your party has eight or more guests, you can still reserve spots for any recreational class or event if you do not wish to do a private party. However, we will charge your group an 18% service fee at the time of your reservation. With this in mind, it is preferred that you register your entire guest count all at once.
  • Everything Chicken Classes are held on select Thursdays, 6:30 – 9:00pm. Attendees must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol.
  • We have a 72-hour cancellation policy. This means that you have three days before the class starts to cancel or change your reservation.
    •  If you have to cancel within this time period, you will not receive a credit to apply towards a different event. We do not issue monetary refunds.
  • No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this class. If one or more items on tonight’s menu conflicts with your needs, please reserve spots for an alternative cooking class or event.
  • Class size is limited to 20 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis.
  • Class starts at 10:00am sharp. Please be here at least 10 minutes early wearing comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair, be sure to tie it behind your head.
  • Students will receive a full copy of all recipes for use at home.
