Spring Break

About:

Spring Break is here! Classic Cooking will host a fun four-day cooking camp, where students will learn essential cooking techniques and work alongside their peers to gain and develop new culinary skills. Held every day from 2:00pm to 4:00pm, students will build on skills throughout the week, and the daily changing menus will offer a wide variety of seasonal delights. Once they finish up each dish, students will sit in the dining room and enjoy their works!

Daily Menus:

Monday:

  • Turkey Meatloaf Muffins
  • Mashed Potatoes
  • Roasted Cauliflower with Mornay Sauce
  • Baked Apples with Streusel and Vanilla Ice Cream

Tuesday:

  • Chorizo Breakfast Burritos
  • Elote Dip with Baked Tortilla Chips
  • Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

Wednesday:

  • German Bratwurst with Honey Mustard
  • German Potato Salad
  • Brownie with Dark Cherry Compote

Thursday:

  • Chicken Pot Pie
  • Roasted Parmesan Broccoli
  • Blueberry Crumble with Caramel Sauce

More Info:

  • COST: The cost for the 4-day Spring Break Cooking Camp is $280 per student, and includes all ingredients and supplies, along with beverages.
  • Ages 13-17 are welcome to register for this cooking camp. Classes are held Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and run from 2:00pm – 4:00pm.
  • Students will prepare and enjoy a complete meal each day of camp, and will receive daily recipes for future use.
  • 72 hour notice of cancellation must be given for fee refund.
  • A MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION FORM must be filled out for your child to attend.
  • If your child has any food allergies or dietary restrictions, we need to be notified at least 72 hours in advance in order to accommodate.
  • Students MUST wear close-toed shoes and tie back long hair as per Arizona health code.
  • Spring Break Cooking Camp is DROP OFF ONLY.  Sorry, no parents allowed!!
    A late fee will be assessed for each 15 minutes of tardiness.
