2022 Kids & Teens Fall Break Cooking Camp

NOTE: THE 2022 KIDS AND TEENS FALL BREAK CAMPS HAVE MERGED INTO ONE SESSION. KIDS AND TEENS WILL STILL BE GROUPED UP BY AGE RANGE.

Fall Break is here! Classic Cooking introduces a fun four-day cooking camp, where students will learn essential cooking techniques and work alongside their peers to gain and develop new culinary skills. Students will build on skills throughout the week, and the daily changing menus will offer a wide variety of seasonal delights. Available to ages 8-17. Students will be grouped by age range.

Monday, October 10^th, 2022:

• Meatball Sliders with Tomato Basil Sauce
• Breaded and Baked Zucchini Sticks
• Chocolate Ice Cream Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting

Tuesday, October 11^th, 2022:

• Chicken Tortilla Soup
• Jalapeño and Cheddar Cheese Cornbread Muffins
• Tres Leches Pound Cake with Dulce de Leche Sauce

Wednesday, October 12^th, 2022:

• Shrimp and Andouille Sausage Gumbo with Basmati Rice
• Winter Chopped Salad with Ranch Dressing
• Banana Bread Pudding

Thursday, October 13^th, 2022:

• Ground Beef Stroganoff with Egg Noodles
• Red Cabbage and Apple Salad
• Old Fashioned Spice Cookies

• $180 for 4-day session, Monday-Thursday, 10:00am – 12:00pm.  Class is limited to 16 students.  Reservations are based on First Come-First Serve basis.
• NO REFUNDS will be given in the event of a cancellation.
• A MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION FORM must be on file for your child to attend.
  • It is very important that we receive at least 72 hours advance notice of ANY food allergies or dietary restrictions.  Please let us know at least 72-hours in advance; Otherwise modifications will not be made.
• Students MUST wear close-toed shoes and tie back long hair as per Arizona health code.
• Kids and Teens Camp is DROP OFF ONLY. Sorry, no parents allowed!
• PLEASE DROP OFF AND PICK UP STUDENTS IN A TIMELY MANNER.
  • A late fee will be assessed for each 15 minutes of tardiness
