Looking for a unique spot to host your next business training seminar?

Visit Classic Cooking Academy! Bring your co-workers along and have your session at our location as you enjoy a meal prepared on the spot by our kitchen staff. 

The breakdown of a business training at our facility is very straightforward. Your group would arrive at our premises, be taken to your meeting/dining room, and would enjoy at least two hours of private training time. During that time, our staff would serve you a three-course meal, aiming to stagger each dish by 30 minutes. Besides our staff plating and bussing the dishes, your group would have an interrupted time slot with complimentary A/V equipment for any PowerPoints, slideshows, videos, 

Menus:

Classic Cooking offers three separate menus to go with your business training:

1. Asian Flair

  • Spicy Edamame
  • Spring Rolls with Peanut Dipping Sauce
  • Shrimp Wontons in Soy Butter
  • Beef Bulgogi with Gochujang Fried Rice
  • Yuzu Mascarpone Mousse with Almond Cookie

2. French Flavors

  • Charcuterie Platter
  • Beef or Salmon Tartare Canapé
  • Steak Bordelaise with Sautéed Haricot Verts and Roasted Rosemary Garlic Potatoes
  • Clafoutis

3. Cibo Italiano

  • Antipasti Platter
  • Risotto Alla Carbonara
  • Pork Scallopini with Mushroom Demi, Grilled Vegetable Medley with Balsamic Glaze, and Garlic/Herb Whipped Potatoes
  • Lemon Mascarpone Mousse with Lady Fingers

Each menu includes two glasses of house wine and/or beer per guest.

If any individual members of your group have any allergies or dietary restrictions, our staff can accommodate those specifications with substitute dishes – as long as they are notified at least one week prior to the event date. 

Cost:

Regardless of whichever menu your group chooses, all business trainings are priced at $75 per person with a 20% gratuity fee added onto the base cost. The overall costs covers all food, two glasses of house wine and beer per guest, unlimited soft drinks, the 2.5 hour room rental, table settings, silverware, and A/V equipment. In order to officially lock down your desired time slot, we require a 50% deposit placed. The remaining final balance will be charged the day of the training.

Additional, optional costs include ordering specialty wine or beer, ordering custom aprons with your organization’s logo, and asking for additional room rental time for your training.
