Want a mid-day break from your office routine? Tired of the stuffiness associated with your conference room?

Visit Classic Cooking Academy, bring your co-workers along, have a meeting, and enjoy a meal prepared especially for you and your staff. Classic Cooking Academy offers the use of our facility to include breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including hot and cold beverages. Appropriate menus and involved costs will be provided upon request. Typically, we would serve your food via a buffet in order optimize meeting time, but if you prefer, we can serve each dish as a multiple course experience.

If interested, your group may also request a team building event in addition to your business meeting. You can plan such an option either before, during, or after your meeting. Team Building events will be charged separately to the Business Meeting cost. For more info on Team Building, click here.

How to Schedule:

To schedule a Business Meeting, simply call or email our staff to ask for availability. We’ll tell you which time slots work best for both of us and kickstart the reservation process. When scheduling a Business Meeting, it helps if you have the following information on hand to share with our staff:

  • Date of Meeting
  • Time of Meeting
  • Group/Party Size
  • Name of Organization/Company
  • Meeting Room Setup Style (Dining Room-style or Classroom-style)
  • Contact Name
  • Contact Phone
  • Contact Email

Cost Structure:

The basic breakdown of business meeting fees are as follows:

  • Facility Rental ($150 per Hour) – Rental fee includes tables and chairs, room setup, use of A/V equipment, and more.
  • Food & Beverage Selection:
    • Continental Breakfast ($25 per Person) – Chef’s selection of fresh fruit and breakfast pastries with butter, jam, coffee, & juice.
    • Lunch Break ($30 per Person) – Choose an entrée salad OR sandwich. Includes non-alcoholic beverages. Beer & wine may be offered at an additional rate.
  • 20% Gratuity – For all Business Meetings, a 20% gratuity will be automatically calculated and applied to the bill for our staff working your event.

Discount:

If your group chooses to host a Team Building Event with us right after your Business Meeting, your group will only pay $100 per Hour for your meeting.

Space and Tech:

Our facility is technically equipped to suit audio and visual requirements, PowerPoint presentations, and internet access. We have two main wings for your group to occupy. Here is a list of some of our equipment in both areas.

Additional Info:

Guest Count – We can accommodate up to 80 guests for a Business Meeting. The maximum guest accommodation may change due to specific seating or setup requests. Final guaranteed guest count must be received by Classic Cooking at least five (5) business days prior to the date of the event. All charges will be based on the guaranteed guest count OR the actual number of guests in attendance – whichever is greater.

Alcohol – Alcoholic beverages must be served by a member of Classic Cooking’s staff in accordance with Arizona State Law and Arizona Liquor Board. The staff reserves the right to stop serving alcohol if conditions arise that could endanger other guests or members of staff.

Allergies/Dietary Restrictions – Classic Cooking accommodates any food allergies and dietary restrictions. At the time of making your reservation, you must notify Classic Cooking of such restrictions. We are not a gluten free facility.

Cancellation Policy – Cancellation for any reason must be received by Classic Cooking at least two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled event. In the event of a cancellation, 15% of the total cost will be retained by Classic Cooking for administrative costs. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund for payments already processed.
