About:
The 6-Week Advanced Pastry Series is designed for those that already have some pastry experience under their belt. You will gain a deeper understanding of the science behind what you bake, and learn advanced techniques for tarts, breads, puff pastries, and more. This program is helmed by our Head Pastry Chef Instructor Susan Kolman who is ready and willing to bring their multiple years of experience to the table.
Curriculum – Savory Pastries:
Topics for the Advanced Pastry Series require a bit more finesse and know-how. Again, this class is designed for our 12-Week Pastry Series graduates, but we do not discriminate against those who feel like they have a general understanding of pastries.
For the Advanced Pastry Series starting in Fall of 2022, the curriculum will be based around savory pastry topics. More info below.
