Sweets For Your Sweetie – Chocolate & Candy Making (SOLD OUT)

Make some sweets for your sweetie, or just for yourself!  From unique flavor ideas to chocolate tempering, you will learn the ins and outs of fine chocolate making.  We will use high-quality couveture chocolate to make beautiful candies which you will bring home in the perfect box for gifting! You will make assorted chocolate truffles, heart-shaped chocolates, and raspberry gelées under the instruction of Chef Dan Boman, ACF’s Pastry Chef of the Year.

$75 per person

FAQ’s:

  • This is a Specialty Class.  No vouchers will be accepted for this class.
    Class is limited to 20 students.  Reservations are based on First Come-First Serve basis.  Call (480) 502-0177 or write Info@CCAcademy.edu to register.
  • Cancellation must be made 72 hours in advance of course time.
  • Class begins with a demonstration and discussion by the Chef Instructor.  Then you will work in pairs to make the candies to take home.
  • Students will receive a full copy of all recipes for use at home.
  • Please wear closed toe shoes and tie back all long hair.
