Classic Cooking has the answer to all your questions with Chef/Owner Pascal Dionot. Chef Dionot will teach a comprehensive program from basic skills, stocks, soups, sauces, eggs, vegetables, meat fabrication, fish and shellfish, grains, pasta, pastry, hors d’oeuvres, Asian techniques, desserts and chocolate. The Practical Cooking Series is for everyone from a shy beginner to those who feel comfortable in the kitchen.
Chef Dionot’s love of teaching is reflected in his enthusiasm to impart his vast knowledge to those who are eager to learn from one of the best. If you cannot find the time or do not have the resources to attend a full-time culinary program, this is the golden opportunity for you to achieve a higher level of proficiency in the kitchen. Upon completion of the course, you will feel as if you have attended one of the finest culinary educational programs available. Each class starts with a lecture/demonstration then all the students are hands on in the kitchen preparing the topic of the class.
The cost of the 24 week course is $2,500 and a payment plan is available. A certificate will be awarded upon completion. Space is limited so register early!
A payment plan is available – $550 deposit to reserve your spot, and $325 a month for the 6 months.
