This unique series is designed to teach you all about the essentials in the world of pastries.  Led by highly qualified, certified, and talented Chef Dan Boman, our hidden gem. Named 2017 Pastry Chef of the Year by the American Culinary Federation, Chef Boman has over 25 years of experience to share in the Pastry Series. You will walk through essentials such as yeast and pastry doughs, quick breads, cookies, icings, chocolate tempering, individual pastries and assembled cakes only to name a few. The aroma of baking breads, the secret of the very best pastry dough for any pie or tart, decorating that special cake or plating individual desserts – all of these skills will make you the envy of family or friends.
