How do I register for a cooking class?
To register for a class online, go to our online calendar. Select a class listing from our calendar page, and complete the registration via the Paypal link. You are also welcome to register by calling us at (480) 502-0177 or sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. When making a reservation, please provide your first and last name, contact telephone number and email address as well as your method of payment.
How do I enroll in your 24-week Practical Series or 12-week Advanced Pastry Series?
To enroll online, visit the Practical Series or Pastry Series pages to download the Application. You are also welcome to register by calling us at (480) 502-0177 or sending an email to email@example.com. Please provide your first and last name, contact telephone number and email address as well as your method of payment.
Do you accept vouchers as a form of payment for a class?
Yes, we accept Travelzoo and Groupon vouchers for certain cooking classes. You may use the voucher as payment for the class specified on the voucher, as long as you tell us at the time of booking. You must use the voucher BEFORE the expiration date to gain the full benefit of the promotional rate. We do NOT accept vouchers for any of our Specialty cooking classes, Practical or Pastry Series, or private parties/events.
How do I book a class with my voucher?
If you have purchased a voucher, and wish to book a class, you need to call us at 480-502-0177 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to make your reservation. Reservations cannot be made online. Please provide us with your first and last name, telephone number, email address, and the type of voucher you will be using as payment. You must bring your voucher with you to class as proof of payment.
How do I redeem my voucher?
If you are using a voucher as payment for a class, it must be redeemed by us BEFORE or ON the expiration date. You will need to present your voucher, complete with the redemption code and PIN number (if applicable) at the time of your scheduled class. A SALES RECEIPT IS NOT YOUR PROOF OF PAYMENT. We will accept printed or digital copies of vouchers, as long as it can be easily presented at check in. Failure to provide us with a voucher redemption code at check-in will result in a forfeit of the voucher AND the risk of not being permitted into the class.
What if my voucher is expired? Will you still honor it?
We will honor vouchers used for payment for two (2) weeks past the expiration date. After that time, you may apply the voucher’s original value (the amount paid for it) towards any of our FULL PRICE cooking classes, at $100 per person. Expired vouchers may NOT be applied towards any classes that are discounted or priced at a special rate.
Are all of the classes hands-on?
All of our classes, with the exception of our Wine Series and Wine Classes with Five Course Dinners are hands-on, unless otherwise noted.
Are your classes kid-friendly?
We do not allow children under 13 in any of our adult classes, unless otherwise noted. If you would like to bring your child, aged 13 or older, you must accompany them, and let us know at time of booking. Certain classes are better suited for teenagers, such as Pastry and Pizza Class. We also offer after-school kids and teens classes on Mondays at 4:30 pm. kids and teens camps during summers. What is your cancellation policy?
In case of cancellation, we must receive a minimum of 72-hour advance notice. All payments and vouchers are subject to forfeit if we do not receive 72-hour advance notice of cancellation.
Do you accommodate food allergies and/or dietary restrictions?
If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, you must let us know at the time of making your reservation. Our Chefs will do their best to accommodate whenever possible. Please note we are not a gluten-free facility.
Is alcohol permitted or can I bring in my own?
We offer complimentary red and white wine, along with an assortment of beer and sodas in most of our recreational cooking classes. Due to our liquor license, we cannot allow any alcohol to be brought in by our patrons.
