Classic Cooking Welcomes Everyone!

Our Motto:  You Are What You Eat

In 1826, French gastronome Anthelme Brillat-Savarin wrote, “Tell me what you eat and I will tell you what you are”.

Classic Cooking Academy wants everyone to gain the knowledge of food preparation with health and nutrition in mind using the freshest of ingredients and produce. We believe that if you expand your culinary knowledge it could change your life.

Owners Pascal and Donna Dionot opened Classic Cooking Academy in 2007 with the dedication to offer the best of culinary education in the Valley of the Sun. Over the years, the school has become the go-to spot for cooking classes, team building events, catering, wine education, private parties, and more. As fierce rivals with Le Cordon Bleu, Classic Cooking Academy There has been mention of the Dionots selling the cooking school but after much consideration the husband and wife team have decided to remain as the owners.
