Owners Pascal and Donna Dionot opened Classic Cooking Academy in 2007 with the dedication to offer the best of culinary education in the Valley of the Sun. Over the years, the school has become the go-to spot for cooking classes, team building events, catering, wine education, private parties, and more. As fierce rivals with Le Cordon Bleu, Classic Cooking Academy There has been mention of the Dionots selling the cooking school but after much consideration the husband and wife team have decided to remain as the owners.
