 After School Cooking Classes

Second Six Week Session

Dates: Mondays, Beginning October 16th through November 20th, 4:30pm – 6:30pm

Students will prepare the menu and then sit down together and enjoy the fruits of their labor.  Basic as well as more advanced cooking techniques will be included for all levels of skill.  Available to ages 8-17.

24-Week Practical Series

For Tuesday Evenings – October 3rd @ 6:30 – 9:00pm

For Friday Mornings – October 6th @ 9:00 – 11:30am

The Practical Series offers students a rare opportunity to learn from an instructor of Chef Pascal’s unique cultural heritage and sophisticated culinary training.  Speaking five languages and having worked in high profile kitchens on several continents, Chef Pascal affords his students an incomparable culinary education.  Teaching this coursework for no less than 30 years, Chef Pascal continues to go strong as he pursues his commitment to empowering students of all skill levels to achieve greater competency and cooking potential.

12-Week Pastry Series

Dates: Wednesday evenings starting January 10th, 2018 @ 6:30 – 9:00pm

This unique pastry series is designed to teach you all about the essentials in the world of pastries.  Led by highly qualified and talented Chef Dan Boman, you will walk through essentials such as yeast and pastry doughs, quick breads, cookies, icings, chocolate tempering, individual pastries and assembled cakes only to name a few. The aroma of baking breads, the secret of the very best pastry dough for any pie or tart, decorating that special cake or plating individual desserts will make you the envy of family or friends.

Spiders & Monsters Cake Decorating Class

Dates: Oct. 28th @ 10:00am – 1:00pm

Just in time for Halloween, join us for this exciting “Spiders & Monsters” themed Cake Decorating Class!  Participants will work in pairs to bake chocolate cupcakes, make buttercream frosting, and assemble and decorate a 6″ Chocolate Cake.  Each “team” will get to take their spooky creation home with them!  This is a great way for parents and kids alike to get into the Halloween spirit, and we encourage you to register together.

Five-Course Wine Dinner

Dates: Oct. 28th @ 5:00 – 7:30pm

Our wine expert will guide you through this informative and delicious five-course tasting dinner paired with wine. NOTE: This is not a cooking class; no portion of the class that is hands-on or demonstration.

Sunday Brunch

Dates: Oct. 29th @ 10:00am – 12:30pm

Whether you’re sick of waiting in lines at packed restaurants on Sunday mornings, or would just like to learn how to properly cook an egg, our brunch classes are just what your weekend needed!  Our Chef instructor will teach you how to create a delicious brunch in this hands-on class, which you will enjoy at the end.  Learn new skills that you can adapt for your pre-work breakfasts, or to even host your own brunch at home!  Coffee and mimosas included. Perfect class to do with friends, on a date, or fun for the entire family!

Mediterranean Cuisine Class

In this dynamic hands-on cooking class, based upon the food culture of those living along the Mediterranean Sea, you’ll prepare creative, health-conscious dishes that feature the regions most familiar ingredients.
