October 2 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Week 6 of our Fall 2017 Wine Series:
- Week 1 – Steen and Pinotage
- Week 2 – Rosés and Pinot Noir
- Week 3 – Ice Wines
- Week 4 – Wines from Eastern Europe
- Week 5 – Arizona Wines
- Week 6 – Vinho Verde and Port
Tonight’s Topic: We look at two major wines (Vinho Verde & Port) produced in Portugal – a place where time has stopped. With Port, we answer the following questions:
- Is it the first wine in a bottle?
- Is Port ever white?
- Who is the largest consumer of Port?
The wine series will be hosted by Cathleen Rosenberg. She currently has clients that she cooks for.
Complimentary food will be served with the wines.
