Tamale Workshop (12/03/17)

Join Chef Instructor Sharon Lunardi for this unique hands-on cooking class! Sharon will teach you the basic steps to making traditional tamales, beginning with a demonstration on simple Masa doughs with variations. Students will participate in making one type of filling. All students will assemble two of each tamale flavor, for a total of 8 tamales per person! The tamales will be steamed in class and served ready to eat, along with house beverages.
Shredded Pork Tamales w/ Peach & Roasted Jalapeno Salsa
Blue Corn Tamales with Calabacitas (Squash) & Cotija Cheese w/ Red Chili Sauce
Herbed Goat Cheese & Mushroom Tamales w/ Pinon Nuts and Caramelized Onions
Chicken Verde Tamales
Cost is $65 per person. Space is limited. This is a Specialty Class. No vouchers will be accepted.
72 hour advance notice of cancellation is required for fee refund.
Please wear closed toe shoes and tie back all long hair.
