Join Chef Instructor Sharon Lunardi for this fun hands-on cooking class! Sharon will teach you the basic steps to making traditional tamales, beginning with a demonstration for simple and basic Masa doughs with variations. Students will participate in making one type of filling. All students will assemble two of each tamale flavor, for a total of 8 tamales per person! The tamales will be steamed in class and served to eat, along with house beverages.
Cost is $65 per person. Space is limited. 72 hour advance notice of cancellation is required. This is a Specialty Class. No vouchers will be accepted.
