Master gardener, Gail Armstrong, will start out by answering any questions you might have about your home garden, and go over what you should be doing to your garden right now!

Then, go back to the kitchen for the hands-on canning portion of the class!  Review the basics of both pressure and water bath canning, and learn to make delicious canned goods using the season’s best ingredients. You’ll take home what you make to share with your family and friends.
